Law Of Attraction Goals

Do you know how to take advantage of the Law of Attraction when setting your goals? Many people are unsure if they should be too specific when they set their goals, especially after watching films like “The Secret”. This documentary style movie states that you should allow the Universe to bring you your desires and not be too hung-up on the ‘how-tos’ or ‘from-wheres’. “The Universe knows the best way” is its ethos. So how does goal-setting fit into the attraction process?
Let me explain.
Anyone who has studied the tried-and-tested approach to goal setting knows that you should include specific details; in fact they know that you should be as specific as possible. These specifics include completion date, plan for achievement or stepping-stone goals and highly specific details of the goal itself. For example, you may set a goal to have an increase in turn-over of $10,000 by the end of the quarter. You immediately devise a plan to increase sales and being to build your goal-steps setting smaller goals that will lead to the attainment of your desired outcome. So how does this fit into “The Universe knows the best way” approach offered by most law of attraction experts?
Well it’s really very simple. The Law of Attraction is always responding to your personal vibration. Your vibration is affected by what you think and how you feel. So if you get specific in your goal and even set time-limits for specific tasks then the Law of Attraction is responding to those thoughts and the feelings associated with them. By staying focused on your desired outcome and feeling positive about its completion and attainment you are super-charging your Law of Attraction actions. As long as you don’t feel negative about your goal, or the plan you have devised, goal-setting like this can be very powerful.
However, if you set your aims too high, or make your goals unrealistic, then the Law of Attraction will work against you! You feel overwhelmed, doubtful and stressed. The Law will respond to this and your attraction vibration will be the opposite of what you want. By over-stretching yourself you will get negative thoughts and feelings about your goal. But by setting realistic goals, that do still stretch you, you can fully utilize the Law of Attraction to your advantage.
One key element of the Law of Attraction is that you always get more of what you focus on. Placing your attention on certain things consistently makes them grow and expand. So, by setting goals and working a plan to achieve it you are actually focusing your energy, thoughts and emotions towards that of the desired objective. By having set time-limits for the achievement of each step of your goal and the goal itself your thoughts, energy and feelings are also focused in that direction. Thus you are following one of the fundamental rules of the Law of Attraction – what you put our attention on expands.
The key is to always remain focused on the goal itself and not on the lack of it! You must also ensure you do not get frustrated if it appears that you may not reach your goal in the time-limit you specified. These are draw-backs of goal-setting as far as the Law of Attraction is concerned. However, they can be over-come.
Set realistic easily managed goals at first. Once you become proficient at goal-achievement you can start to stretch yourself a little more each time. As you begin to see overwhelming evidence that the Law of Attraction exists and that it is working in your favour you will be able to set you goals higher and bigger until there is nothing you cannot achieve.
Just always be aware that while you are pursuing your goal every positive thought and feeling you have about it is attracting more things to you that will help you achieve it!https://populararticles.co/law-of-attraction-goals/

How to Set Personal Life Goals for Growth

Change is said to be the only constant in life. Who you were five years ago is not the person you are today. However, you might be feeling like you are just drifting through like aimlessly without any target for where you want to be.
If that feels like you, then you probably have not set any life goals for yourself. Life goals are important because they give guide you, give you focus and a yardstick to know when you are headed in the right direction.
What are life goals?
When most people think of personal development, finances come to mind. However, personal development entails continuous expansion of various facets of your life including spiritual, social, mental and physical.
If any one of these facets of your life isn't in order, then all the others might crumble. Self-development, therefore, is multi-faceted and a continuous process that seeks to achieve self-actualization. It therefore never stops.
How to Set Personal Life Goals
You probably have heard that goals should be SMART. This means that they should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. When your goals are SMART, you are able to visualize them and set up a plan on how to achieve them in the decided time-frame.
Before you jump into writing down SMART goals, you must visualize your life in five or ten years to come. What do you want to achieve by then?
Take the large goals and the big picture and break it down into smaller goals that you should achieve progressively starting today. The smaller you break down your goals, the easier it becomes to achieve them. As you achieve smaller goals, you get motivated because the bigger picture becomes that much closer every day.
Categories you Might Set Life Goals In
As stated earlier, personal development is multi-faceted. It involves all aspects of your life including the following: career, financial, education, family, health, attitude, physical, pleasure, social, love, relationships and spiritual.
It is essential that you focus on all aspects of your life and aim to get better every day.
Take Action
Setting goals and having a plan is one thing; but without action, it all becomes wishful thinking. It is important, therefore, that you start today to work on your goals. As started earlier, it becomes easy to achieve the bigger goals when they are broken down into smaller ones.
Do something daily or weekly that works towards your long term goal without thinking of how long you have to do it. This will prevent you from feeling overwhelmed by how much you have to achieve.
Conduct Progress Reviews
You will not know how far you have come unless you are able to measure your progress. A progress review helps you know whether you are still on track or you have derailed off what you should have been doing.
You can choose when to do the progress reviews based on the goals you need to achieve. You can do it annually, semi-annually or even quarterly.
Go on and use this guide to set smart personal life goals that will see you achieve you dreams in all the facets of your life.

Six Powerful Steps to High Levels of Motivation

It is a well established fact that success in life goes most frequently not to the most deserving, the best looking or even the most intelligent. Instead, it tends to go to the person with the greatest amount of drive or motivation. Motivation is that intangible something which makes you get up early in the morning, full of energy and ready to accomplish tasks and attack obstacles because you "want to." You have passion. You are driven.
But in today's complicated, competitive and often cut-throat world how does the success-oriented person maintain consistently high levels of motivation to get the job done and achieve the stated goal? How is it possible when there are so many negative and retarding forces arrayed against you sapping your energy and causing you mental fatigue?
Well, here are six powerful steps which will help you through and beyond the trials and tribulations.
#1 - You must be driven by an overwhelming desire to achieve a specific goal. Goals give purpose to life. Without them, you will find yourself meandering through life being controlled by events and the actions (or inactions) of others. You might get lucky and accomplish a little something. But that which you achieve will be the result of just that - luck - or put another way "mediocre, accidental success."
#2 - Each goal must be clear and specific. They should be written down. And you should be able to write them down in 15 words or less so clearly that a 10-year-old can understand them. Statements such as "I want to be happy" or "I want to be rich" are not goals; they are daydreams. Wake up! Goals must be rational, have a timeline for achieving them and be concrete such that you can actually measure whether or not the goal is being achieved.
#3 - Nourish your goals. Feed them with thought and effort. Smart thinking and specific actions are the nutrients which feed goals and enable them to grow into strong realities. You should have a "daily things to do list" which includes specific tasks aimed at bringing you closer to your specific, clear and concrete goals.
#4 - Adopt the following mantra: "I get the most out of life by endeavoring to get the most out of each day." This mantra is to be repeated in the morning shortly after getting out of bed; once in the evening shortly before going to bed and each and every time you feel yourself wavering or slacking off.
#5 - Consistently rest and relax. Nothing which has been said above implies that you must run through life frantic and at breakneck speed. In fact, your actions will be smooth, efficient and effective because you will be working according to a plan and because you know what you are doing. Since your goals are concrete and not daydreams or fantasies, you will be able to see and measure your progress. And next to a good sexual experience, nothing enables you to rest like being able to honestly say at night "This was a good day."
#6 - Meditate to the point of self-hypnosis. Daily meditation (or prayer for those of you who are more religious) need not take more than 15 minutes to one-half hour of your time. Go to a comfortable, quiet place, sit down, lean back, close your eyes and gradually relax your entire body. Then program positive, constructive thoughts into your mind. This can be a self-hypnotizing experience in which you render your mind relaxed, clear, sharp and happy. Try it. It can truly be a powerful and freeing experience.
P.S. - If you can get another person or a team of friends to engage in some of the above practices with you on a regular basis, the experience will be even more powerful, liberating and motivational. This group or "family" can also act as a protective shield helping one another to ward off and combat some of those retarding forces and obstacles which are bound to occur.

How to Maximize Goals, Affirmations and Visualizations

Do you want to get better results from daily exercises such as affirmations and visualizations, develop a better relationships with your inner self and get in touch with your personal power every moment of the day? The key to all of these things is energy. If you can learn to control the flow of energy within you, you can achieve these results and much more.
So, what exactly is energy? Energy is everything. Everything is comprised on energy. It has been proven scientifically that everything has its own energy field. This includes you and me, the cat, the trees outside, computers, cell phones and everything else. It has also been proven that any thought you have also creates it's own energy field. On a spiritual level, one might discuss the unlimited source of positive energy that comes from Source (God, the Universe, whatever word you are comfortable with). All of this energy is simultaneously individual and interconnected. What's important for you to know is that there is unlimited positive energy flowing around you at all times, and that you can use this positive energy. This positive energy enables all good things in your life, and when used consciously is the key to manifesting that which you desire into your life.
You may already be aware of your energy. If you are not, just know that it's there whether you are aware of it or not. You probably already know about it, you just may not realize it. The most simplistic way to get in touch with your energy is to become aware of your feelings. Your feelings are a result of and an indicator of the energy you are flowing. As you know, there is a whole array of feelings: happy, sad, fun, excited, grumpy, blissful, and on and on. You don't need to worry about all of that. What you want to become attune to is whether you feel good or you feel bad. This may sound ridiculously simple, but in fact many of us go on auto-pilot and do not pay attention to how we're feeling at all. As you go through your day, start to pay attention to yourself. Notice whether you feel good or feel bad. What if you don't feel good but don't feel exactly bad either? Unless you feel good, really good, you are not fully flowing positive energy.
Your body is an excellent indicator of feel-good/feel-bad. Often when we are not flowing positively, we tense our muscles, clench our jaw, hold our breath or develop a knot in our stomach. If you have any of these physical indicators or another sign of physical stress, there's a good chance you are not fully flowing feel-good energy. You want to practice sensing your energy until you know moment by moment if you are flowing positive energy or not. This may take quite a bit of practice, but you will begin to develop a better relationship with yourself, which is well worth the effort. In this fast-paced world, learning to be still within is a talent that will make you happier and increase your productivity.
The second step in the process of utilizing positive energy is learning to shift your energy to positive when it is not positive. You realize that you are not feeling good, perhaps because your stomach is knotted like a stone and you are cursing the person in the car ahead of you for not going faster than the speed limit. This realization is the first step, because you have stepped back from the situation enough to realize you need a shift. Next begin to breathe deeply, and if you are a visual person, imagine a clean, white slate, because each moment is a new moment in which you can shift your energy. Wipe the slate clean, and start the next moment in a feel good place. If this simple exercise is not enough to shift your mood, think of the things in this day that you have to be grateful for, while you continue breathing deeply. Be grateful that you are becoming aware of your energy and that you are assuredly making progress in using your energy to improve your life. Think of people, places, activities and things that you love. Think of something funny, laugh, smile or sing. Physiologically, it is hard to stay negative mentally when your body is doing something positive like smiling.
For those of you that practice affirmations and visualizations, the same energy techniques apply. Sometimes you might get into resistance saying your affirmations and visualizing things you do not yet have, and these exercises are all about energy. For instance, you are saying your affirmations, and come to one you have a lot of resistance about, "My life operates smoothly, easily and joyously." You say the affirmation, but your body is tensed and your mind is saying, "But my life doesn't operate smoothly, easily and joyously!" This is then the energy that you are placing into this affirmation, which is obviously not a good thing. Sometimes we really have to be with something a while before we can be comfortable with it. Many of us are raised with thoughts and ideas that do not mesh well with the life we want to live as adults. You may have old beliefs that you are not worthy of money, or that there is no such thing as true romance, or that life is hard and you have to work hard to achieve anything. So when we introduce affirmations and visualizations into our lives that clash with these old beliefs, it's sort of like the stereotype we've all seen in the movies of the sweet, innocent daughter bringing home the tatooed, long-haired boyfriend to meet the parents. Sometimes it takes time to reach that comfort zone. So if you find yourself reacting negatively to your affirmations and visualizations, don't be put off. Ask yourself why you are in resistance, to which your answer may be immediate or something that is slowly uncovered. Then spend time "being" with the idea, whether the idea is unlimited money, passion for your career, a healthy relationship or a beautiful body. Think about it, visualize it, read about it, clip out pictures you like, get to know what it's really like to have or experience what it is that you want. In this acclimation process, remember to stay aware of your feelings, breathe deeply, and refocus your energy if you become resistant. Once you are quite comfortable with every aspect of what it is that you desire, you will have shifted many if not all of the old beliefs that may be blocking its manifestation and you will be comfortable and intimate with and therefore energetically aligned with your desire. Your energy will quickly draw your desire physically into your life.
Approach your energy goals with the enthusiasm and lightness of a child. Make a fun game of it all, and this energy will spread throughout your life. Sanaya Roman said, "The path of joy is joy." You have the power each moment of the day, every day, to choose how you feel. What's your choice?

Message From the Universe: Baby Steps to the Journey of a Thousand Miles

"Starting something is the best way to finish something.
And just doing a teeny, tiny something today, anything, from wherever you are, is the best way to start something.
The Universe"
The journey of a thousand miles start always with the first step. You can't accomplish anything if you haven't started moving towards your goal. Effort is required and something can be difficult for many who are afraid of making effort. Many do the bare minimum but yet complain that they don't see great results. You reap what you sow and that applies with everything in life. Nothing will come easy as if it did, every body would do it. You need to be different and think outside the box at times, even get out of your comfort zone. Great things will happen when you put in the time and energy to work towards making difficult changes in your life. Believe me, I speak with lots of experience.
So where to start this journey you may ask? Well, make sure you write down what you want to accomplish, or create, or achieve. Once you have all of it in paper, determine what is needed to get things done. Always focus on the big picture and do not allow yourself to get intimidated by your dreams, even if they are very scary, in the good way. Face your fears and always come up with better solutions to what you want to do. Baby steps are required to appease the hurdles you will face all through your journey to happiness. Once you mastered crawling, you can start walking and to finally run towards your destination. Be careful though as you may also fall and hurt yourself at times, but this is a part of what we call life. Without failures, you will never learn anything. If you don't learn, you mind will stagnate and nothing will have any meaning. You want to avoid that at all cost. If the path you are in isn't the right one, turn back and find the one that works best for you. Until then, I will see you at the destination. I am sure I will reach my goals. Why don't you?
